Once I approve your image for painting, I will send you a Client Terms Agreement, which includes the current prices, terms, and a model release.

Please note that you MUST own the copyright for the image that you wish to be painted, or the photographer MUST sign the release in order for your image to be painted.

I cannot be responsible for improper use of copyright images.

Once our consultation is complete, I will send you a paypal invoice for a 20% non-refundable fee, which will be applied to your final purchase price once your painting is complete.

The average time for painting completion is 2-3 weeks, and a rush order is available for an extra fee.

When ordering the Fine Art Prints, Fine Art Canvas Prints, and Gift Prints, please allow additional time
for printing and shipping.
